 | Laughing Monkey have just had another cracking run at The Norwich Puppet Theatre with over 200 people turning out for our production of Up Pompeii! Many thanks to those involved in the production, those who supported us along the way and those who came to watch. The group is now taking a well-earned rest for a few months, before cracking on with the next production, Blackadder II, which will be coming to The Puppet Theatre in October 2012 ... |

 | Merry Christmas to everyone out there from The Monkeys. To celebrate the festive season, we've uploaded the songs from Snow White and the Seven Sins. Check out the Previous Productions page to have a listen. It's one of numerous updates and changes that have taken place over on the website over the last few weeks ... too numerous to mention all of them, but we now have an About Us page, a Music & Audio page and a Video & Film page. Do have a good browse!

| In mid-October Laughing Monkey once again played to three great houses with Terry Pratchett's Maskerade - around 300 people came to see our latest trip to the Discworld. Many thanks, as always, to all those who helped us out, came to see us and made it such a wonderful experience. Laughing Monkey will be back at The Puppet Theatre in March 2012 -- more details on the next show will follow shortly ;-) |

Laughing Monkey have just played to their biggest audience ever - around 350 people came to see our production of 'Allo 'Allo! this weekend. Many thanks to cast, crew, audiences and everyone else who helped out. We're now all taking a well-earned rest before kicking off with out thirteenth stage production, Terry Pratchett's Maskerade in a couple of weeks. Check out the page for details ;-) |

Lots has actually changed on the website since I last posted ... just haven't updated this!! You can now find new links to our You Tube channel all over the place, updated information and photographs for 'Allo 'Allo! and a taster of the Snow White and the Seven Sins sountrack on the audio page. It's been a while since the last update and there's lots of new stuff updated since then - new links page, new music page, new pages on the production history page - more coming soon. Laughing Monkey have also just performed their latest show Snow White & the Seven Sins to an audience of around 220 over three performances - another cracking show. Thanks to all those who took part and came to see it. Now on a short break before we kick off the next production ... vive la France! |

Rehearsals are now well underway for our February 2011 production, the pantomime Snow White and the Seven Sins - details will follow shortly on the site.
Meanwhile five members of the group - Carol, Di, Laura, Grace and Mel - are appearing this week in supporting roles at the Norwich Theatre Royal in a production of Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution. Laughing Monkey have just played to their biggest crowd ever -- around 260 people turned up last weekend to watch our production of Terry Pratchett's Wyrd Sisters over two performances, making it the most successful show in Laughing Monkey history. Thanks to all those who came to watch and all those who have helped us out over the last few months -- was an absolute ball. We're only taking a small break between shows (a week) before we kick off the next -- a jolly little panto by the name of Snow White and the Seven Sins!
